GLOSCORE PHILIPPINES CONSTRUCTION INC., established in 1995, is accredited with both Quality Management System (ISO 9001: 2015) and Organizational Health and Safety Management System (BS OHSAS 18001:2007). Gloscore Philippines is also affiliated with leading organizations such as Architectural Centre Club Inc. (ACCI), Philippine Society of Ventilating, Airconditioning and Refrigerating Engineers (PSVARE), Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) and the Philippine Contractor’s Accreditation Board (PCAB).
OUR HISTORY
GLOSCORE PHILIPPINES CONSTRUCTION, INC. was founded in March 1995 and named after its owner and president Engr. Gloria S. Correa. From the start, Gloscore has been guided by a clear vision: deliver dependable service, respond quickly to client needs, and back every commitment with hard work. This credo remains at the heart of the company and continues to drive its success in a highly competitive industry.
By 2000, as demand across the construction sector accelerated, Gloscore expanded into civil works alongside waterproofing services. This shift marked a turning point in capability and scale, allowing the company to take on larger and more complex projects — including civil works for Watsons stores across Metro Manila and selected provincial branches.
Over time, Gloscore has become recognized as one of the country's leading waterproofing contractors, serving clients such as Ateneo de Manila University, Lufthansa Technik, Armadillo Holdings, Inc., Makati Development Corporation and Rockwell Land Corporation.
In 2011, the company strengthened its foundations, further acquiring properties and establishing its corporate office in Pasay City after operating from Makati City. Along the way, Gloscore has continuously embraced advancements in technology to improve responsiveness, precision , and overall service quality.
Today, Gloscore is built on a team of innovative engineers and carefully seleced technical personnel—trained, experienced, and customer-focused. With modern equipment, including advanced coating systems from Germany, Italy and Korea, we have the capability to manage virtually all aspects of project execution and deliver high-quality applications that meet and often exceed client requirements.
