GLOSCORE PHILIPPINES CONSTRUCTION INC., established in 1995, is accredited with both Quality Management System (ISO 9001: 2015) and Organizational Health and Safety Management System (BS OHSAS 18001:2007). Gloscore Philippines is also affiliated with leading organizations such as Architectural Centre Club Inc. (ACCI), Philippine Society of Ventilating, Airconditioning and Refrigerating Engineers (PSVARE), Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) and the Philippine Contractor’s Accreditation Board (PCAB).
OUR HISTORY
GLOSCORE PHILIPPINES CONSTRUCTION, INC. was founded in March 1995, and was named after the owner and president of the company, Engr. Gloria S. Correa. The company always envisioned to serve and respond to the client's needs, and is grounded on hard work. This remains the company credo, and has led to Gloscore’s success in a competitive industry.
In the year 2000, with the increased demand on the construction industry, the company shifted to civil works, and at the same time, waterproofing services. The change in focus reflected the company’s growth, moving to ever larger and more dramatic capabilities. This permitted Gloscore Philippines Construction, Inc. to cross the threshold into larger projects. The projects involve civil works with the construction of Watsons Stores around Metro Manila and other provincial branches. Later, Gloscore became known as one of the best waterproofing contractors in the Philippines. Among its clients are:
Ateneo de Manila, Lufthansa Tecknik, CE Construction, Armadillo Holdings, Inc., Millennium Erectors Corp., Makati Development Corp. and Monolith.
As Gloscore Philippines Construction, Inc. expanded in 2011, it acquired properties and broke ground on its dramatic new corporate office in Pasay City, from Makati City. Along the way, the company has aggressively embraced advancements in technology to enhance their responsiveness, precision, and quality of service.
The team is comprised of innovative Engineers, technical and trained workers carefully selected from field of expertise, with experience and a customer-focused approach to doing business.
With the application of new technology and training skills, the company is able to manage virtually all aspects of projects. As a leading tilt up contractor specialized in the waterproofing industry, Gloscore, with the acquisition of the latest coating equipment from Graco U.S., has the capabilities to create quality applications that meet or exceed their clients’ expectations, regardlessof the requirements.
